Terms and Conditions for Djans Global Services
Introduction
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of Djans Global Services’s services, including the Djans Global Services website and software applications (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you have not been previously suspended or removed from the Services.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you must notify Djans Global Services immediately.
Proprietary Rights
The Services, including all intellectual property rights, are the property of Djans Global Services and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal use only. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Services or any part of it.
User Content
The Services may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, and videos (“User Content”). You retain all rights in your User Content, but you grant Djans Global Services a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise exploit your User Content in connection with the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO YOU AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES. SPECIFICALLY, Djans Global Services DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
Djans Global Services WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Djans Global Services, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
